9. Can I apply for membership add-on privileges at a later period after signing up for the basic membership?

Applying for add-on privileges at a later period will require you to top up for the additional months that you would be a member for and an additional $5 administration fee.

Example:
Miss Tan signed up for Ordinary Membership ($60) in Jan 2017 which will expire in Jan 2018.
However, in March 2017, she decided that she wanted the gym add-on ($280).
SMUAA will then process a new card for her that will expire in March 2018.
That will require her to pay $280 + $10 (top up for the 2 additional months) + $5 (admin fee).

How the additional months are calculated:
$60/year for Ordinary Membership.
$60/12 months = $5
Additonal 2 months = $5 x 2 = $10
