Return of the Mavericks:

SMU Prof Jörg Dietzel and alumna Han Ping Ping are back to share their professional tips and tricks on brand building

Thursday, 1 Aug 2019, 6.30pm - 9.30pm
University Lounge, Level 6, SMU Administration Building

From online to offline, events to Instagram: experiences matter. Consumer researchers have called experiences “the new luxury”. So what does that mean for brands, established or new? How does one create a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints, one that transforms customers into brand advocates who are telling your story?

Based on his 25 years experience in agencies and on the client side, brand consultant and SMU Adjunct Faculty Jörg Dietzel will attempt answers; while SMU alumna Han PingPing (BBM 2008) will provide insights from working in experiences marketplaces that are active in Singapore and China.
