HOW TO HOT-DESK WITH SMUAA - JUSTCO

  1. Do ensure that you have a current active membership with SMUAA. Otherwise, do note that you might be turned away by the JustCo staff. To find out more, click here.

  2. Members’ are required to fill in the JustCo application form before entry and present identification to JustCo community team for record.

  3. Do remember to bring your alumni card & ID to exchange for the hot-desk pass.

  4. 5 hot-desk spaces available at each location (seats are available on a first come, first served basis).

  5. Calling the preferred centre prior would be advised to check for availability.

STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:

  • TraceTogether / SafeEntry Check-in – All users must check-in with the TraceTogether app or token.

  • Temperature Screening – All users must have their temperature taken.

  • Compulsory wearing of masks at all times – Masks should be worn immediately after drinking or eating.

  • Group gatherings of no more than 8 persons with safe distancing of 1 metre ­­– All users should act responsibly and adopt safe distancing of 1 metre. Common areas in our centres have been re-organised to facilitate this, through the reduction of seating and spacing out furniture.

  • Refrain from using multiple JustCo centres in a day – To minimise exposure risk.

NOTE:

  • A penalty fee of $100 is liable for loss of hot-desk pass

  • SMUAA reserves the right to deny access to these benefits to any member as advised by JustCo

  • Members’ are to abide by JustCo's rules and regulations
