SMU Alumni Dubai ChapterSMU International Trading Track Students in DubaiBy Wong Wai Hon (President, SMU Alumni Dubai Chapter)The SMU Alumni Dubai Chapter had a chance to welcome students from the university’s International Trading Track in August 2008. The gathering was graced by Mr Dileep Nair, Singapore Consul-General in Dubai. Mr Dileep shared with the students his views on the sustainability of growth in the United Arab Emirates and mentioned that in order for the country to sustain its growth, it has to rely on the locals.
