Twenty Years of Building Community

On July 8, 2005, the Singapore Management University Alumni Association was established with a simple mission: to promote lifelong relationships between alumni and their alma mater, and to support the objectives of the University.

Over two decades, SMUAA grew into a vibrant community of more than 40,000 alumni across 8 schools and 11 international chapters. Through signature events like our monthly Thirsty Tuesday gatherings, annual galas, professional development workshops, and community outreach initiatives, we created spaces where alumni connected, grew, and gave back.
